Terms of Service

By using MyBuzzar, you agree to the following terms.

Account

You must provide accurate information

You are responsible for your account security

One account per person per role

Orders

Prices are set by individual vendors

MyBuzzar facilitates but does not guarantee transactions

Payment terms are as displayed at checkout

Vendor Terms

Vendors must maintain accurate product listings

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws

Vendor Subscription, Billing & Auto-Pay

New vendors get a launch offer: pay ₹1 today to set up auto-pay, the first month is FREE, and from the second month onwards ₹999/month is automatically debited via UPI Autopay / e-Mandate.

The subscription auto-renews every month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime to stop the next monthly payment directly from your payment source (your UPI app or bank's auto-pay/mandate section), or from your MyBuzzar vendor dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Failed payments / refunds: If an amount is deducted but the transaction fails, it is automatically refunded to your original payment source within 7 business days. For any payment query, contact MyBuzzar Help & Support (see Contact Us).

Subscription includes 4 complimentary AI product videos every month (additional AI videos may be offered as a paid add-on).

Except for failed/duplicate transactions described above, subscription fees for a completed billing cycle are non-refundable.

Vendor Brand & Authenticity Policy

Please list only authorised brand products, your own brand, or generic products. Selling any unauthorised, counterfeit or misleading branded product is strictly prohibited.

Brand logos and trademarks shown in your product photos (including AI photoshoots and AI videos) remain the property of their respective owners; you are solely responsible for holding the rights to use them.

If you come across any counterfeit, unauthorised or misleading product on MyBuzzar, please report it to admin@mybuzzar.in with a screenshot of that product and we will remove it immediately.

Selling counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods

Harassment of other users

Limitation of Liability

MyBuzzar acts as a marketplace facilitator. Individual vendors are responsible for product quality, authenticity, brand rights and delivery.
